What’s in a name

Activa: – the Dutch word for “the assets or debit side of a balance sheet”, indicating the total assets or belongings of a business.

Capital: - “the wealth, whether in money or property, owned or employed in business by an individual, firm, corporation, etc.; an accumulated stock of such wealth; any form of wealth employed or capable of being employed in the production of more wealth” (www.dictionary.com).

 

Objective

The ultimate objective of Activa is to build a successful, carefully constructed, portfolio of assets in order to generate significant economic returns for stakeholders.

 

Value proposition

Activa, through the vast network of its principals, is well placed to identify attractive investment opportunities and therefore offer investors unique, carefully selected investment opportunities that would otherwise not have been available to them.

The principals have the relevant experience and expertise to implement transactions and manage the investment portfolio.

Activa has alliances with local and international providers of capital including institutions, hedge funds and high net-worth individuals. Investment opportunities are offered to the appropriate investor/s taking into consideration the investors’ appetite for risk, return requirements, etc.
